Industrial epoxy
High-build, multi-layer systems for heavy loads, chemical exposure and non-stop operations.

Polished concrete
We grind and densify the slab itself, so there is nothing to peel, delaminate or recoat.

Urethane concrete
Thermal-shock resistant, chemical-proof and slip resistant for the harshest environments.

Garage & basement detailsWhich system fits which floor
A quick guide from the jobs we do most. The site assessment confirms it.
Forklifts, chemicals, heavy loads
Industrial epoxy, or urethane concrete where there is also heat or steam.
Washdowns and sanitation codes
Urethane concrete on the floor, epoxy wall and cove at the walls.
Large warehouse or distribution floor
Polished concrete for a dust-free surface, plus striping for traffic lanes.
Showrooms, lobbies, customer areas
Decorative epoxy in flake, quartz, metallic or solid color.
Cracked or spalled slab
Joint and crack repair, on its own or before any coating.
Home garage or basement
Flake or solid epoxy with a polyaspartic topcoat, after a moisture test.
The prep is the product
Shot blasting or diamond grinding, crack and joint repair, then the system. We never shortcut the first steps, because that is where floors fail.
Consultation and site assessment
We evaluate chemical exposure, traffic loads and floor conditions to specify the right industrial epoxy system.
Surface preparation
Shot blasting and diamond grinding open the concrete profile and remove all contaminants for maximum adhesion.
Crack and joint repair
All cracks, spalls and damaged areas are repaired and ground flush before the epoxy system is applied.
Primer coat
A penetrating epoxy primer seals the concrete and creates the chemical bond the build coats rely on.
High-build coats
One or more high-build epoxy coats are applied to reach the specified thickness and performance level.
Topcoat and final finish
A chemical-resistant topcoat seals the system, adds the final finish and locks in long-term performance.
